Here we are in St. Augustine, FL. This is our 2nd to last stop before we go home for Christmas.We are situated between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean on Anastasia Island. This is a private lake for the campground. It is SO peaceful with ducks and waterbirds.
St. Augustine is the settlement that Ponce de Leon found while looking for the new land and the Fountain of Youth. There are other places in Florida that are a bit warmer, but it is beautiful here.
